3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.
Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, and Razorpay EMI (where eligible).
Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

4. EMI Payments via Razorpay

We offer EMI (Equated Monthly Installments) options through Razorpay for select transactions.
EMI eligibility is determined by your card-issuing bank and Razorpay.
Once an EMI order is confirmed, any cancellation or refund request will be handled per Razorpay and your bank’s EMI policy.
Interest charges and tenure are based on the selected bank’s policy.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days depending on the delivery address.
Delivery delays due to courier or external circumstances are not our responsibility.
Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
Refunds are processed after inspection and approved returns.
Refunds for EMI transactions may take additional time based on the bank’s policies.
No returns accepted for opened software, consumables, or customized items.

7. Warranty and Support

All products are covered under the manufacturer’s standard warranty unless specified otherwise.
For technical support or warranty service, please contact the respective brand or our support team.
